Shipping policy

Article 1 — Delivery Zones We deliver worldwide to over 150 countries. All orders are shipped directly from our supplier to your delivery address.

Article 2 — Processing Times Each order is processed and forwarded to our supplier within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times begin from the shipment date, not from the order date. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays.

Article 3 — Estimated Delivery Times

  • Africa : 15 to 30 business days
  • Europe : 10 to 20 business days
  • Americas (USA, Canada, Latam) : 10 to 25 business days
  • Asia / Oceania : 5 to 15 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on local conditions.

Article 4 — Order Tracking A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has been shipped. Please note that it may take 3 to 5 days for the tracking number to become active on tracking platforms (17track.net, parcelsapp.com).

Article 5 — Delivery Delays Certain factors beyond our control may cause delays : customs inspections, weather conditions, peak seasons (Christmas, Chinese New Year), or postal service disruptions. If your order has not arrived within 45 days of shipment, please contact us. 

Article 6 — Customs & Taxes Any customs duties or import taxes applicable in your country are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.

Article 7 — Missing Orders If you have not received your order within the maximum estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order number. In the event of a confirmed loss, we will either reship your order or issue a full refund, based on your preference.

Article 8 — Delivery Address It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Any address errors reported after shipment cannot be corrected, and any additional reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
